Haylee Young, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner, Nashville Clinic
Haylee Young is an advanced practice nurse (APN) and certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) working out of the Lung Health Institute clinic in Nashville, Tennessee. She’s been with the clinic since 2015.
In her role as nurse practitioner in the Nashville clinic, Young is with her patients every step of the way. She reviews patient medical histories, talks to each patient about their questions and concerns, oversees treatments and follows up with patients who have additional questions. Young values building strong relationships with her patients. Her primary care goal is to listen to each patient’s history and story, so she can work with them to provide the best possible health care outcomes.
Young earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Cumberland University, and then a master’s degree in nursing from Tennessee State University. Prior to joining Lung Health Institute, Young worked at Urgent MD, where she provided urgent care for walk-in patients and managed acute illnesses and disease prevention.
She lives in Nashville with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and riding horses.
