Jack Coleman Jr., M.D., FACS

Senior Medical Director
Education: University of Cincinnati Medical School

Dr. Coleman earned a medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and completed his internship and general surgery residency there as well. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Eye and Ear Hospital as well as his fellowship in general cosmetic surgery at the English Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center.

Dr. Kirk O’Donnell is a physician in the field of cellular therapy and based at the Lung Health Institute headquarters in Tampa, Florida. Dr. O’Donnell earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine, and he completed his residency at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, MN.

Dr. Moiz Shafiq is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has published a number of papers on research in the cardiology field. His research and work have earned him a number of awards and recognitions, including the Southwestern Medical Foundation Scholarship for Academic Achievement. Dr. Moiz Shafiq is a respected member of the medical field, and he is an outstanding addition to the Lung Health Institute team in Dallas, TX.
